In this privacy statement we explain which (personal) data we collect and use, for what purpose and what ROSE’S HEART does to protect your privacy. We recommend that you carefully read this statement. Our privacy statement was last amended on July 19, 2019.
ROSE’S HEART cannot conduct its business without processing privacy-sensitive information, including personal data, from you. In some cases we work together with other organizations or companies.
We believe it is very important that personal data is handled with care. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us. We thereby adhere to the requirements of privacy legislation. This means, for example, that we:
- state clearly for which purposes we process personal data. We do this through this privacy statement;

When using our services and website (www.rosesheart.com) you leave certain information with us. That may be personal data. We do not always process all data below. That depends on the services you purchase from ROSE’S HEART.
We process the following personal data from you:

- Company details
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Job title and personal title
- Date of birth
- Sex
- IBAN
- Interests
- Information that you enter in an open field, such as a blog post or a message in the contact form
- Technical measurement data of the equipment such as IP address, MAC address, identifiers in cookies and your surfing behavior on our websites
Purposes
We process the above data for one or more of the following purposes (also depending on which services or functionalities you use):
- To enter into and execute agreements with you regarding the provision of legal services and the management of the resulting relationships;
- To communicate with you by sending electronic newsletters and / or mail;
- To send you personalized newsletters based on your interests;
- To invite you to our events, seminars, drinks, etc;
- To request your feedback on our services (for example, by sending surveys, customer satisfaction surveys).
Providing data to third parties
We pass on the information you provide to third parties, if this is necessary for the work to be performed (for example: court, bailiff, collection agency, etc.).
Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required or permitted. Protect and save

We do not keep the data longer than necessary. This means that we keep the data for as long as necessary to deliver the service you have requested. Exceptions to this are the data that we must keep for longer because the law requires us to do so.
For the preservation of our files, the guidelines of the Bar Association are leading and we use a retention period of 20 years.

This statement does not apply to third-party websites that are linked to our website through links. We cannot guarantee that these websites will handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. View and change your data
You can view your personal data and request a change / removal. You can do this via the contact form on our website or by sending an email to info@amsteladvocaten.nl
In an (ongoing) file you can also contact your responsible lawyer.
We can only meet your request if your request complies with applicable legislation.
In order to prevent abuse, we ask you, in case of a written request for inspection, to identify yourself adequately by sending a copy of a valid proof of identity. Do not forget to screen off your BSN and your passport photo on the copy.
Dutch Data Protection Authority
Of course we are happy to help you if you have complaints about the processing of your personal data. In the unlikely event that we cannot resolve it together, you have the right to submit a complaint to the privacy regulator, the Dutch Data Protection Authority, based on privacy legislation. You can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority for this.
Amendments
We may change our privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be published on our website. It is therefore advisable to consult our privacy statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes.
